SUMMARY- This is a great little book for beginners, inexpensive and with motifs that work up quickly for fast rewards. All of her books are conveniently sized to fit into a small purse. She doesn't offer diagrams, and she uses an older written notation that isn't friendly for those who don't know English - but you'll need to learn written notation anyway if you're ever going to flirt with vintage patterns. If you can read an old "Workbasket" tatting pattern, you won't have any difficulty with these. There was a lengthy hiatus in her publishing history - so happy to see her back!
