SUMMARY- I found a beautifully preserved original edition of this one. I was able to fix the copyright date due to a testitmonial from their printer on the inside cover. For those confused as to what a "Waist" is - it's a woman's blouse. I don't know when they stopped calling them that - perhaps in the 1940's? In the 1910's and 20's, I know the term was still in common use.
