SUMMARY- I do not have this book, but my friend Tim sent me a scan of the cover and the Table of Contents so I can at least share those with you until I can acquire a legal copy of the book to review. (Thank you, Tim!!!) He also let me know there was a tip in sheet of Ms. Dillon's obituary in the copy he got. So I'm wondering if this book was published posthumously?
