SUMMARY- I was excited to see such exquisite quilling in this issue - another rare craft that I don't understand why it's not a LOT more popular. You get a tatted doily by that amazing designer Mary McCarthy, and of course a great deal more crafts represented with really lush designs. These magazines are really worth pursuing.
