SUMMARY- "Romantic" photography - which means everything is a bit out of focus and fuzzy. This is NOT a good choice for a How To book, but it's a little late to yell at them for it. Some of the patterns are dated, some of them hold up really well. In particular, the hairpin lace stole, the tatted traycloth and napkin trimming(looks like ivy trailing around the borders) and the tatted circular cushion.
