SUMMARY- There is a choice of two blocks for each month(24 in all), and the pattern pages are all collected in the back of the book. I know this because I bought a copy of this book off ebay, and it came without the pattern pages. You can see the perforated stumps where they'd been. This book has a ton of charm, and it is fun to see what different quilters did with the pattern blocks in the gallery section. The blocks have a lot of detail in them, which I like a whole lot more than the static Sue traditional block.
