SUMMARY- This book wasn't part of my mom's collection - I picked it up on a whim at my favorite used bookstore, Reader's Corner, in Raleigh. I didn't know what to expect or how dots figured in to making quilts. First, this book Rocks! I had no idea you could categorize dotted fabrics in so many ways - or that they had significant contributions to make to a quilt. This book is educational and highly entertaining. It will elevate your quilting game, no question, and give you another tool in your designer tool box. I went from 0 to 100 within moments of opening it up and realizing it wasn't just another projects book, but had something cool to add. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy I picked this one up.
