SUMMARY- Patterns are cheerful and expressive and there's six of them for ice skating, bicycling, soccer, rollerskating, skateboarding, and astronaut. Yeah, one's not like the others, but it has place of pride on the cover and I love it - and that smiling freckled face could just as easily be a girl under the helmet, though the book uses the usual puppies for boys, cats for girls tropes.
