SUMMARY- Anytime a book claims to be "quick and easy" - or imply it by saying you can finish a project over the weekend - I expect to be bored and scornful. Not so here. Yeah, you probably can get one of these done in a weekend if that's all you have to do and no pesky meals need to be cooked or family paid attention to or housework/yardwork needs to be done. The pattern blocks they chose work at larger sizes(so fewer iterations), and the applique is done on your sewing machine. You won't be making an heirloom out of this book, but an attractive quilt you won't be ashamed to be seen on your bed? Yeah, that's very doable.
