SUMMARY- This was a binder that you filled with a packet of patterns that arrived monthly - I'm guessing for a year? Grandma only got up to package 8, and none of the packets were in order in the binder and some pieces of it are clearly missing, so maybe my grandmother thought she was going to make something and put the patterns elsewhere. It took me about 3 hours of sorting and figuring to reach this conclusion - which may all be in error. My grandmother had Alzheimers, and was quickly reaching the point where she needed constant care instead of my mom and her brother checking in on their mom daily. Apparently this was one of the casualties.
