SUMMARY- This wasn't originally part of mom's library of quilt books. I had just reviewed Ms. Nadelstern's "Kaleidoscopes & Quilts" and was looking up what other books she'd written so I could at least include the list for those wondering themselves whatever other books than the one(s) they had were... and I discovered this one available on www.paperbackswap.com. I had a credit at the time so I ordered it on a whim. I am soooo glad I did. This book is awesome. The short history lesson of group quilts and the gallery of eye candy alone are worth the price of admission. And then you get the rest of the book of easy to read instructions, useful suggestions, and pitfalls to watch out for. If you have any interest in joining or creating a bee of your own, I'd definitely have this book on my shelf for reference.
