SUMMARY- This was not a pattern book, but a cellophane-wrapped package of a dozen large transfer sheets to make 15" Square Grandmother's Fan blocks. There is a discrepancy in size between the ad(says it's for 12" blocks) and the pattern cover sheet(which says they are 15" blocks). I decided to include this pattern pack because it was a) with my mom's books, and b) there was an ad page on the other side of the block construction instructions to included (some of?) the other patterns they published:
