SUMMARY- Curiously, this is not a pattern book. Instead she gives you various techniques for designing your own appliques and toys. All the photos are black-and-white and often too dark to see any real detail. I felt this was a great shame, as there were examples I would have liked a better look at. Her book is geared toward encouraging a novice's creativity with rudimentary techniques given for executing your own ideas.
