SUMMARY- Mom bought this book and inscribed it to her mom for mother's day. By then grandmother was no longer able to quilt, but she could still admire the pictures. This one has a lot to admire. One in particular really amused me though. The author had a daschund in her author's photo, so I know the source. In one of the Bargello quilts in the gallery, she had quilted the bottom of the quilt with little doggy paw prints and chew bones and weiner dogs. I'm guessing that is one spoiled pooch - but every daschund I've ever met deserved some spoiling. Here's another collection of 8 patchwork patterns - some of them a little more complex than the first batch.
