SUMMARY- I'm sure newer books have done it better, but I really love the frame patterns in this one, and the owlets are so cute! I'm a rank beginner at this particular craft, so please take any opinion of mine with a healthy dose of skepticism. I was very uncertain of where she drew the line between "casual" and "precision" quilling, and the Table of Contents was me going through all the pages and listing the projects. I believe there is genuine eye candy here, and if you're looking for some lovely framing inspiration, this is a good find.
