SUMMARY- This is the first book on Quilling I've run across that had nothing in it I found interesting. It's supposed to be a quilling book, but it's really a scrapbooking book with some meager quilling added to dress up the page a bit(or card, or gift tag). The focus isn't the quilling(ie artwork), but on the scrapbook/card/tag. I found it disappointing - but I don't scrapbook, and have never had any interest whatsoever in scrapbooking. It just isn't my zen. So, of course, your mileage on this book may vary.
