SUMMARY- I was very pleased to find this book at a steampunk convention locally. The pictures aren't as clear as they could be, but are helpful. He covers the basic patterns well and gives you a little history of chainmail in different cultures. You also get a nice picture gallery in the back of various jewelry pieces, but this book is primarily focused on building mail clothing for the purposes of armor.
