SUMMARY- This is effectively a piece of paper folded in half, with instructions for a specific type of candle - in this case a very simple striped candle. A whole series of these little pamphlets were done. They don't have a copyright mark on them, so I have no idea when they started putting them out - I'm guessing in the mid-60's. I purchased mine from Pourette in the mid90's, and they were not all available by then.
