TOPSY-TURVY DOLLS
These are cloth dolls(usually) that have two heads and one body, with one head with arms replacing the legs and hidden in some fashion(usually a skirt) until you turn the doll upside down and pull the skirt down the other way to reveal the second doll. They're clever dolls, and often used in storytelling.
