Publication Date: TPB:1955(second edition)

Page Count: 60
Book Dimensions(ht. x w.): 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"

PATTERN RATING: Patterns are full-size on a nice separate sheet in a pocket glued to the inside back cover. The designer used the old a-b-c method of marking her patterns. There are photos of the toys, and the look good made up.
INSTRUCTION RATING: I teetered between two and three stars here. Instructions are not broken down into steps, but do have illustration throughout to help the crafter.
SUMMARY- I really liked this book, and thought the patterns were fun and engaging. My only complaint is that there weren't enough of them! I wanted to see a couple of elephant patterns at the least, and maybe a camel or lion. But the Ringmaster and chimpanzee alone were worth the price of admission.
