SUMMARY- This is the best felt animal book since Carolyn Vosberg Hall's. She nails all the right details and poses the animals in natural ways that will make you smile. I particularly love the gorilla, and the two cats. You get a gallery of full-page color photos, then a smaller photo to go with the instructions. The instructions are well broken down and heavily supported with illustrations to aid the crafter. The pattern pieces are too small to include much information more than what part it is(not even the animal's name on it), so you will have to be careful to mark them yourself to make sure you can keep track of the pieces and not have mystery pattern pieces left lying out. With all the pattern pieces on a separate fold-out sheet, it shouldn't be hard to make a photocopy to preserve the orignal pattern sheet with the book. I really love this book, and you get a wide variety to choose from! I hope she will do more, but with a 12-year gap, it is unusual for a designer to publish more. It is a real shame.
