SUMMARY- There is a basic lesson with good pictures that include a little diagram insert of what the thread should look like as you build each knot on your base thread that I was rather impressed with. I especially liked the undulating insertion pattern, which demonstrated how varying the density of your rings can create the illusion of motion in a piece - it's rather impressive. You also don't see triangle motifs as often and there are two excellent ones in this booklet. It has a rather unprepossessing cover(especially if you're looking at a tiny picture of it on e-bay), but I've found this booklet quite useful.
