SUMMARY- Patterns are fairly evenly divided between edgings, star motifs, and eggs, with a scattering of other patterns at the end. They all have a traditional look and feel, with block tatting adding something extra to several of the designs. She gives diagrams, uses a hybrid symbolic notation for her written instructions, and gives a good photo of each sample. To put a cherry on top, she also provides translations in two languages of her Abbreviations table: Deutsch, English. I was pleased to add this book to my collection, and it was better than her first book, so we know that she strives to up her game as she evolves as a designer. I shall look forward to future books from this designer.
Extra Note from Leigh: Her first book is published under the name Susanne Rolf.
