SUMMARY- This book is in Japanese and English. The translation is with the Japanese instructions and there are diagrams. Her introduction to this book is a really interesting read. She talks about how long she's been tatting(and designing), who taught her, and when tatting first got introduced to Japan. There is great color photography throughout, and you get multiple close-up photos of elements of each project, so that you can check the diagram against the actual piece, if you're having trouble. She continues her love affair with beads, including them everywhere except for one token bead at the tip of the Camellia Leaf - clearly, she could not resist! I particularly love the Weeping Plum Blossom in this volume, but they're all gorgeous and drool worthy. She put this fourth offering out very quickly after the 3rd, and her introduction reveals she's been tatting - and designing - for more than 40 years. I hope that means there will be plenty more books in our future from this talented designer. If you enjoy working with beads, this one is a must have.
