SUMMARY- This is a collection of jewelry and small motif patterns by a variety of tatting designers. A lot of the Japanese books will use enough romanji(roman alphabet and numbers) to allow the international community to use the books if they can read diagrams - this one is not user friendly for the international community. Not all the numbers are in roman numerals, so even the diagrams are going to be tougher to use than normal. I saw some motifs(seahorse) in Emiko Kitao's style, a violet and another floral jewelry set by Mami & Mineko(the only names given in roman alphabet) - and I don't know who the other contributors are. I asked a friend who knows how to read hiragana(feminine Japanese alphabet) but she says the names are written in Kanji - which is not an alphabet, but pictographs. She tells me they can be interpreted in many ways. So I can't even give you all the designer names. Sorry. Unless you can read Japanese, I'd give this one a pass.
