SUMMARY- This book is designed to teach the basics, with some patterns to practice on. I consider this a "must have" book in my library for the word translations alone! I also like the demonstrations of alternative styles of tatting - something that had confused me when people casually mentioned they used the "Riego style" or "loop method". I highly recommend this book.
