SUMMARY- Ms. Davies collected seven of her books onto a cd donated to the Palmetto Tatters Guild for their Tat Days Scholarship Fund. I have that collection, and only this book of the original comb bound editions. This is a marvelous collection of flowers using innovative techniques - including a technique for adding beads to a project that is an alternative to stringing them all onto your thread beforehand(so if you didn't get enough on, you can still finish your project without having to cut thread or move beads onto thread from the other end of the ball!). Along with making more substantial "petals" by tatting onto materials like tulle. It's hard to tell from my printouts, but she creates some really lovely effects. I enthusiastically recommend this collection, and supporting Palmetto Tatters Guild in their ongoing efforts to make tatting a more widespread craft.
