SUMMARY- Interior photographs are both color and black-and-white - and you get 40 pages rather than the usual 32! I was excited to see the color photography - these metal toys should be seen in all their glorious color. You get a chronology of the company and its eventual swallowing by Tyco and then the giant Mattel. There is magic in these diecast metal miniatures. It wasn't just vehicles that they modeled - they did many figures and animals as well. This is a wonderful tribute to a golden age of boys' toys, and a fun read.

I love that they always give you a list of further reading and places you can visit to help satisfy your curiosity on the subject. If I were ever able to take a real vacation, I would do it with a handful of these books in hand!
