SUMMARY- I believe Helen is best known for her quilled flowers - her first two books are just that. She branches out to native fauna in this one - though there are still plenty of flowers too! You get the ubiquitous basic tutorial, then 39 designs that go from funny to gorgeous with the turn of a page. She employs many different techniques in order to best represent the flower or animal, and I think you could learn a great deal from her approach.
