SUMMARY: I ended up with the last issue of this run - not that the editor had any idea it was going to be her last issue. Apparently mismanagement of the business shut it all down very abruptly, leaving a lot of people scrambling to be paid for work done, get layouts back, and find new jobs. This is entirely a scrapbooking magazine that acts as a time capsule itself, tracking when various art products became available by advertising and displaying their uses in the articles. There are a few useful tutorials scattered throughout. I only have the one issue, and I have no idea when, precisely, it started, just a general idea from a New Year's comment made by the editor in her journal letter.
