SUMMARY: I was interested in seeing a sample of this magazine simply because Clapper published it. They published the very long-running "Pack-O-Fun", another paper craft magazine in digest form that began in 1951! This one had a bit too many projects that were just thinly disguised ads for art products - and some of them not even thinly disguised, since they only gave the company name and not the designer for that project. I look for clever, and I look for new techniques that can be used for other things. I didn't get a lot of that here - some - but not a lot.
I only have the one sample issue, so of course, your mileage may vary!
