Book Dimensions(ht. x w.): 10 1/4" x 8 3/4"
PATTERN RATING: . Patterns have to be resized – a lot – and have minimal markings to help the sewer. On the other hand, they probably don't need a whole lot of markings, as the toys are very simple, with not a lot of detail, or even gussets. Despite this, a lot of the toys are pretty engaging, with enough character to hold a small child's interest, which appears to be what they were aiming for. Stuffed animals are only in one chapter of this book. The rest of the book is full of really fun-looking toys I’d have probably loved growing up.
INSTRUCTION RATING:. Instructions are minimal – but so are the toys.
SUMMARY- I didn't really get anything new stuffed toy-wise from this book, but found it an interesting read anyway – mostly for chapters 4 and 5. The pull toys like the galloping wooden horse and the sea dragon thats wheels are oval so it bobs up and down as you pull it are particularly cool.
