Title: Creating Fur Teddy Bears: Mink and Fake Fur
Author: Hazel Ulseth & Helen Shannon
Publication Date: Booklet:1987
Publisher: Hobby House Press, Inc., Cumberland, Maryland
Page Count: 32
Book Dimensions(ht. x w.): 11" x 8 1/2"
PATTERN RATING: Pattern pieces are all full-sized and well marked except for seam allowances. You get 4 different size bears that look pretty amazing in mink fur.
INSTRUCTION RATING: Instructions are broken down by body parts, and there is some illustration to help the crafter, but not enough for someone who's never tried this before.
SUMMARY- This book is useful for recycling old mink collars and coats. The patterns are for smallish bears and the color photos of their end results look great.
