PATTERN RATING:Star Rating Patterns are all full-sized, well marked, and have a nice variety, including a "teddy rabbit" that is adorable and little teddy head pins that are also attractive.

INSTRUCTION RATING:Star Rating Instructions are supurb. They are broken down by body parts, then into numbered steps, and there are photo illustrations throughout to aid the crafter - I don't think you can get better than that! She also has a teddy illustration that she uses throughtout to warn people of common mistakes at that juncture of crafting a teddy that works marvelously.

BONUS MECHANICS RATING:Star Rating While this book isn't about drafting your own teddy bear patterns, it does go extensively into dealing with various types of fur, and more importantly, recycling old fur coats. Ms. Tillberg gives excellent advice throughout.

SUMMARY- I have teddy bears books I love more, but none that impressed me as thoroughly as this one did with the quality of the instruction and clarity of patterns. Ms. Tillberg hit a bullseye with this one.
