PATTERN RATING: Star Rating. There are very few stuffed toys in this book - but the few there are, look worthwhile. There is a generic teddy bear pattern with a more bear-like snout than I usually see, and a really well done raccoon. The patterns are on a very small grid for resizing, and have minimal markings of the a-b-c variety.

INSTRUCTION RATING:Star Rating. The instructions are step by step, but have no illustration to back them up. If you don't already know what you are doing, they won't help you.

SUMMARY- This book has a wide range of projects in it, just not many of the stuffed toy variety. If you're looking for an inexpensive way to expand your kids' wardrobes, this book could be very helpful. If you're just looking for stuffed toy variety, unless you need a good raccoon or bear pattern specifically, you probably want to look elsewhere.
