Title: Beanbag Buddies and other Stuffed Toys
Author: Judy Ann Sadler
Publication Date: TPB:1999
Publisher: Kids Can Pess, Ltd., Toronto, Ontario(CAN)
Page Count: 40
Book Dimensions(ht. x w.): 10" x 7 1/2"
ISBN: 1550745905
PATTERN RATING: Patterns have few to no markings, are overlapped(but not confusing - smaller patterns fit entirely into larger ones, so there's no crossed lines). They are simple but have a lot of charm. I hovered between a "2" and "3" - and it was the appeal of the projects that bumped the rating up. I think these could be a lot of fun for a beginner sewer.
INSTRUCTION RATING: Instructions are well broken down, easy to follow, and have lavish amounts of illustration.
SUMMARY- This looks like a really fun book that does what it is designed to do - draw kids into the creative process while providing mom(or dad) a means of teaching basic sewing skills. I was really impressed with this little book.
