Title: Making Soft Toys
Author: Gillian Lockwood

Page Count: 104
Book Dimensions(ht. x w.): 7 1/2" x 5"

PATTERN RATING: Star Rating. Patterns are very basic and need to be resized quite a bit. There's not much detail, and no markings on the pattern to help the crafter. Most of the photos are black and white with a few color plates. I wasn't very impressed with the designs, but their simplicity may appeal to some crafters.

INSTRUCTION RATING:Star Rating. Instructions are pretty minimal with very few illustrations. If you don't already know what you're doing, they won't help you.

SUMMARY- I always feel guilty panning someone's book. It was good enough to publish, after all, and it requires a lot of work and thought. This book just didn't have anything of interest. None of the projects were very appealing (at least to me). 104 pages, but no bigger than an oversized paperback.
