PATTERN RATING: . Patterns consist of patchwork pieces you piece together to make faces and bodies for toys. It's fairly clever, if not particularly appealing to me. Anyone who loves to quilt would probably love this to make companion pieces for patch quilts they've done.
INSTRUCTION RATING:. Instructions are broken down to body parts and there are ample illustrations to show construction.
SUMMARY- This is a reprint of the original 1961 edition done by Mills & Boon, Ltd, London. All the same information is there, it's just been reformatted to fit the larger size book. There's a sticker with "Charles T. Branford Co." on it over the original Mills & Boon Ltd., so I'm guessing that this work was taken over from Mills & Boon but was originally bought by them.
