SUMMARY- This is a fascinating and eclectic collector's book that covers a wide range of doll types and cultures. If you're looking to broaden your horizons a bit in doll knowledge, this is not a bad book to pick up. The big section of color plates in the middle are well worth the price of admission alone. If you're looking for more in depth info on Bru and Jumeau, there are better books, but if your collecting habit is looking for a direction that's off the beaten path, this is a good inspiration book.
