PATTERN RATING:
You get a HUGE variety of dolls in this book. Patterns, when provided, are pretty well marked - most of the dolls are not made of cloth.
INSTRUCTION RATING:
The majority of the dolls are extremely simple and don't require a lot of instruction - she is mostly getting you used to the idea that just about anything can be made into a doll.
