PATTERN RATING:Star Rating You get three bear patterns, all very well marked with grainline arrow and seam allowances and sewing marks - except the name of the pattern. If you don't write it on there yourself when you trace or photocopy it, you'll get them confused. Almost all the patterns are full-size and the few that aren't are gridded to help the crafter. You get a nice small outfit for each and an accessory.

INSTRUCTION RATING:Star Rating Instructions are topnotch. They are broken down into numbered steps and heavily illustrated. I don't believe someone new to toy-making would have any difficulty following these instructions.

SUMMARY- This book seems to be following the trend I've noticed of having a higher standard of production for a teddy book than your average soft toy-making book. If you like the style of the teddy on the cover, you'll like this book.
